Permission may be granted to post materials at a ѿapp facility on a space-available basis to students, the public, educational institutions or public service agencies to announce activities and events. Getting Approval to Post Materials on Public Boards
ѿapp-Related Postings
For ѿapp-related postings (ѿapp-sponsored events, activities, etc.), approval is obtained from the Marketing and Communications Office. Please use our Project Request Form to submit your material.
In addition to the following regulations, all postings by a ѿapp entity (clubs, departments, etc.) must contain the following:
- The ѿapp logo, properly used.
- The MCO Approval Statement (which will be sent to you upon approval of your document).
- Contact information, such as a ѿapp phone number or email address. Do not include personal information.
- Nothing larger than 8.5x11" on ѿapp-related bulletin boards.
Non-ѿapp-Related Postings
For non-ѿapp-related postings (personal, outside agencies, etc.), approval may be obtained from the following locations:
- Dandini Campus: Library information desk.
- Pennington Health Science Center: at the information desk.
- Pennington Applied Technology Center: go to EDSN 200D.
- Meadowood Center: at the reception desk.
What is Allowed
Posting on public boards must:
- Clearly designate a contact name and contact phone number or email address.
- Use of QR codes must be accompanied by traditional, non-scannable contact information.
- Material needs to be free of spelling errors.
- All copies of posted materials must be stamped for approval.
ѿapp permits the posting of materials in languages other than English, provided that:
- A written English translation of the posted material is provided at the time of submission to be stamped for approval.
