General
Yes, ÃÛÑ¿app allows rental of space to community groups and non-college groups. As a community college, it is important to partner with members of the community to provide space for meetings and events.
Requests that are in the queue are usually processed within 24 hours. Email requests can take additional time based on necessary research for availability and the amount of time it takes to correspond back via email.
Please contact the Scheduling Office as soon as possible to make any changes to your reservation. (All changes made to existing reservations in 25Live need to be made by the Scheduling Office.)

Non-ÃÛÑ¿app organizations are required to fill out a Request to Schedule an External Event, and must provide proof of liability insurance, which will need to show a minimum of $1 million general liability coverage.
Scheduling a room will also depend on availability. To find out if a room is available for the date and time you need, please call the ÃÛÑ¿app Scheduling Office: 775-673-7807.
ÃÛÑ¿app employees may schedule College events in ÃÛÑ¿app facilities during regular operating hours. Please contact the ÃÛÑ¿app Scheduling Office for room availability. No reservation form is needed for ÃÛÑ¿app employee room requests.

The ÃÛÑ¿app Scheduling Office will mail an invoice after your event has taken place. Invoices will be paid through ÃÛÑ¿app's Accounting Services by check or credit card.
