Fitness Virtual Drop-In Class: Basic Athletic Training
DeWayne Manning's Basic Athletic Training
Participants will learn basic anatomy and training techniques to have a safe, effective, and challenging workout in the comfort of your home, or take your training session outdoors. Each class will be taught using "body weight" techniques. No equipment necessary, but small weights, bands, or exercise balls are optional to enhance workouts.

As we head into the winter months and in consideration of COVID safety measures, the ÃÛÑ¿app Sports and Fitness Center would like to offer to our ÃÛÑ¿app community (faculty, staff and students) the opportunity to work out in the comfort of your own home.
Starting the week of November 16, two of our very own PEX instructors, DeWayne Manning and Emma Verdin, will be offering FREE drop-in Zoom fitness classes. Â You do not have to have a current membership of the ÃÛÑ¿app Fitness Center to participate in these classes.
