Earlier this week, ÃÛÑ¿app’sÌýMaKensie Turner was named Scenic West Athletic Conference Goalkeeper of the Week for her performance against Colorado Northwestern Community College on Sept. 25. Seeing her action of the season, the freshman recorded the inaugural clean sheet of the season by a ÃÛÑ¿app goalkeeper in a 4-0 win.Ìý
Turner is the first member of the Mighty Lizards to earn a conference weekly honor this season, as well as the first in program history to earn the accolade. The Scenic West Conference awards Conference player and Goalkeeper of the Week awards following each week of action for Men’s and Women’s Soccer.Ìý
